US Law Support are pleased to be partnering with one of the worlds leading law firms, to assist them in their search for a Senior HR Manager (EMEA).All potential applicants are encouraged to scroll through and read the complete job description before applying.Based in the firms London office, the Senior HR Manager will support the Corporate M&A and Disputes practice groups, as well as assist the Director with the development of the broader people team.The role will partner with the People Teams Centres of Expertise and regional HR colleagues and provide strategic support to London and EMEA offices.This is a rare senior level hire for the firm, offering the successful candidate excellent exposure across the business, coordinating with key stakeholders across core practices.Typical responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Collaborating with Regional Heads and Partners in London and EMEA offices, to provide strategic HR advice.Monitoring business performance, initiating discussions, and designing high-impact solutions to business needs.Driving stakeholder engagement and building strong and effective stakeholder relationshipsCoaching and supporting stakeholders in their development of people management and leadership skills.Overseeing talent management strategies for the group planning pipelines, development requirements, leading the recruitment authorisation process etc.Managing business partnering processes to include performance evaluations, compensation discussions and career track plans.Acting as an escalation point for complex employee relations issues for Legal team in London.Leading, participating in, and initiating relevant projects.Contributing to the People Teams skills development and culture by actively participating in team meetings and training and initiating and sharing HR best practices.Suitable applicants will have amassed extensive legal/professional services experience as a (senior) HR Manager, demonstrating strong business acumen, the ability to influence stakeholders & drive change and a proven collaborative approach. Experience of working in a global, highly matrixed structure is also key.A highly competitive salary of up to circa 130,000 is on offer, plus excellent benefits and 3:2 hybrid working arrangements.
