Youll support contract execution using the companys in-house system, monitor delivery positions, and work closely with the trucks division, gaining exposure to key clients and hauliers.Key Responsibilities:Support day-to-day execution of contracts and coordination with clients, hauliers, shipbrokers, agents, and insurers.Prepare and maintain shipment files (electronic and paper).Issue routing instructions and shipping documents to ensure timely deliveries.Track shipments, resolve in-transit issues, and appoint cargo surveyors as needed.Assist with freight bookings and liaise with forwarders and carriers.Provide cover for colleagues during absences and attend relevant training.Adhere to company policies, Health & Safety regulations, and management instructions.Requirements:Fluent English (written and spoken)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel and WordDetail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking abilitySelf-motivated, proactive, and capable of problem solving independentlyTeam player with a professional and adaptable approachPackage: Excellent basic and full bens package
