This role is ideal for someone whos hands-on, proactive and thrives in a consultancy setting. You'll be delivering practical environmental, health, and safety solutions with a focus on quality and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Deliver effective consulting projects through to successful conclusionDevelop existing products and processes to ensure continual improvement in the client-facing performanceBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsPartner with customers to understand their HSE needs and objectivesEffectively communicate the value proposition through involvement in proposals and presentationsRequirements:4 + years of successful operation within the HSE sector, consistently meeting client expectationsDemonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, including executive levelProven ability to drive clients towards improved EHS performanceDemonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutionsFull UK driving licenceQualifications:4 + years of working in EHS services or Environmental H&S consultancy environmentGraduate IOSH membership status with up-to-date CPDPractitioner IEMA membership status (PIEMA is non-negotiable)EHS auditor qualifications ideally lead auditor statusMust have hands-on experience implementing ISO 14001 management systems preferably across multi-site environments.
