Finance Business Partner for Global Outsourcing business in London!£65,000 - £70,000 + Car Allowance + Hybrid WorkingStanton House are excited to be hiring a Finance Business Partner to join a well known business in the outsourcing sector. As the Finance Business Partner, you will own a portfolio of strategic accounts within the UK business, and deliver tools, analysis, and insights to support informed decision-making and challenge assumptions, contributing to the execution of business strategy. Your role is to maximise value for the client while minimising risk exposure, providing real-time financial analysis and acting as a trusted advisor to drive performance. You will be responsible for the end-to-end financial management of the client contract, including comprehensive reporting on all contractual and financial matters to both the business and the client team.This role is well suited to a newly qualified accountant with strong finance business partnering experience. If you have previous commercial Finance experience in a commercial service contract environment, this would be the icing on the cake!How you'll make an impactBuild partnerships and strong relationships with managers, stakeholders and their teams providing financial support to drive commercial decision making.Challenge and support the business (unit) in driving business improvement initiatives, including cost reductions, contract negotiations, price execution and process improvementsEnsure customer contract governance is adhered to, including client reporting, reconciliations and change notes governance are in place.Identify and support in executing gap closure plans including proactive identification of financial and commercial risk.Ensure timely and accurate reporting and forecasting of financial performance including month end results.Advise the Senior Finance Business Partner and Key Account Managers/ Directors of all key changes which affect commercial performance and work closely with the Senior Management team on the accounts.Support the production of period end and year end management accounts by producing incisive and relevant narrativeAssist in developing and improving processes and procedures within the areas of responsibility to improve the quality and quantity of output.What we're looking forQualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)Finance Business Partnering experience in a commercial service contract environment.Prior client facing experience is advantageousProfessional, committed, conscientious, pro-active and innovative.Positive attitude to change and ability to be flexible to the changing priorities of the role.Strong communicator able to communicate with clients, operations, suppliers and team.Numerate, accurate and confident with working on your own initiativeDue to high volumes of applications, we will not be able to respond to respond to every unsuccessful applicant with feedback.
