Eames is currently working closely with a well-regarded Lloyd’s Syndicate who are appointing a Claims Manager in their First Party Claims team, on a fixed term basis. This individual will be handling a mixed caseload of lead international property D&F claims, while leading a team of specialists.Responsibilities:Primarily responsible for delivering a first-class claims management service, representative of the syndicateManage large and complex claims efficiently, while working closely with the Head of First Party claims to provide technical support to specialist across the first party teamMeet with internal and external stakeholders regularly, both supporting and leading on meetingsResponsible for the allocation of claims throughout the team, ensuring claims are triaged effectivelyLiaise with stakeholders efficiently throughout the claims process, from first notification to resolutionRequired Experience:10+ years’ experience handling Property claims in the London Market, with experience handling lead claimsIf this position is of interest, please apply directly or get in touch – bailey.meades@
