Your responsibilities will include:Lead Gen & Campaign Management: Designing, executing, and optimising paid social campaigns, particularly on Meta Ads, to generate high-quality leadsAnalytics & Insights: Monitoring performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS) using tools like Google Analytics to guide decision-makingClient Collaboration: Participating in regular client calls to provide updates, insights, and strategic recommendationsScaling Strategies: Innovating with A/B testing and staying ahead of industry trends to maximise campaign impactAccount Management: Managing client relationships and ensuring accounts are handled with care and professionalismRequirements:The agency is looking for someone who brings:Meta Ads Expertise: A proven track record of managing lead generation campaigns with advanced targeting and pixel tracking and omnichannel expertise of other platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, etcPaid Social Experience: Several years of experience, preferably in an agency or performance marketing environmentData-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimise campaign performanceCommunication Skills: Fluent in English with the ability to communicate complex insightsCollaborative Spirit: A team-oriented professional with a passion for scaling success.Salary: £30,000 - £37,500 per annum.Location: Remote – Our preference is for candidates who are based in the UKBenefits: Standard 20 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays.Opportunity to work remotelyEarly finish on FridaysEquipment
