Contributing to the company’s customer-first attitude, you will work as part of a supportive, ambitious team dedicated to creating a positive impact worldwide.The role: Use data insights to define and evolve pricing approaches Partner with stakeholders to run and analyse effective pricing experiments Collaborate with product, marketing, finance and ops teams Directly shape pricing infrastructure – monitoring customer and financial performance Track competitor movement and customer needs to inform decisions You’ll need: Proven experience leading pricing or monetisation analytics at a top-tier companyStrong SQL and Python skills with confidence working with large-scale datasets A customer-centric mindset and a passion for problem-solvingData science foundation with experience in modelling, ML experimentation, or advance analytics techniques Experience in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment (bonus)Background in payments, FX or remittance, where pricing plays a strategic role (bonus)This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experts and make a tangible impact in a fast-growing, meaningful business.
