Together, we share a commitment to customer service, innovation, inclusivity, and quality craftsmanship.The RoleWe are looking for a confident and experienced General Manager to lead and inspire our team of four workshop engineers and seven administrative employees, ensuring the effective day-to-day running of our operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where strong people management, commercial awareness, and operational oversight are key.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and develop a multi skilled team.
