Executive / Personal Assistant required to provide high-level support to The CEO of a leading talent management agency in a small, but busy, office in Chelsea.Are you the right applicant for this opportunity Find out by reading through the role overview below.This role presents an exciting opportunity to work with high-profile speakers, artists and experts in exciting and diverse environments; from local events to international music festivals, conferences and summitsThe ideal candidate for this position will excel if they can keep their calm in a high pressure environment coordinating the logistics, diary and duties of the CEO, freeing him to focus on the day-to-day management of the company and developments of its core business. Candidates should have some relevant experience to the role that highlights their capability to conduct all administrative work, making sure the CEO's operations run smoothly. A successful candidate would be a detail oriented, problem solver.This will be someone who has not only had experience in a PA / EA role, but someone who is also down to earth and does not mind getting involved with the smaller day to day tasks, such as running executives personal schedules and affairs, whilst assisting other staff when possible.Responsibilities:Acting as a gatekeeper to the CEO, fielding, prioritising and, where possible, handling all communications so that his time is used in the most productive way possible.Using own initiative to solve problems as they arise.Organising the diary and arranging all logistics relating to this such as transport, booking of restaurants/meeting spaces etc.Arranging often complicated itineraries for international travel for both the CEO and high profile talent for events, ensuring that every detail is accounted for.Manage ad hoc projects, events and often taking the ideas of the CEO and managing them to fruition.Interact and communicate with high-level corporate organisations and high-profile individuals in a profession manner, acting as an extension of the CEO himself.Assisting the CEO with the company procedures such as organising regular team meeting, training days, team bonding activities etc. and also coordinating the development strategy for the company.Handling calls and communications appropriately, in a professional manner and making sure that messages, information are effectively noted and passed on to the CEO or correct members of staff/directors.Organise travel and logistic for Kruger Cowne Talent and the CEO, making sure to communicate between all involved parties.Working closely and effectively with the CEO and other Directors to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.Helping to managing the CEO's calendar of appointments, composing, and preparing confidential correspondence; arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, compiling documents; and ensuring schedules are followed precisely.Prioritising urgent matters and proactively managing any conflicts efficiently and effectively, and following-through on projects until successful completion often with deadline pressures.Helping to manage communication between the CEO and the Kruger Cowne team; promoting team work and collaboration.Working on some special projects.Key Skills and Requirements:The ability to work under pressure, to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretionStrong organisational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detailProficiency in using a Mac and Microsoft Office SuiteVery strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including the Directors, staff, talent and customersHigh level of written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capacityEmotional maturity, able to communicate confidently and clearlyHighly resourceful team-player whilst extremely effective independentlyProven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and be adaptable to various competing demandsAt least 1 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a creative environmentBatchelor's DegreeHours of work:09:30 to 17:30 per standard working week or such other additional hours as may be required, within reason, from time to time.Remuneration:22,000 - 26,000 (Depending on Experience)Kruger Cowne conducts business internationally and operates across multiple timezones.
