Our team of experienced professionals combines commercial awareness with practical and bespoke design solutions to add value to every project.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Plymouth, Devon for an Experienced Technical Architect. You will be responsible for designing and planning building projects, preparing detailed drawings using Revit, and integrating sustainable practices into designs. Daily tasks include collaborating with clients to understand their needs, managing project timelines and budgets, conducting site visits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Architect will also work closely with other team members, including Technicians and Interior Designers, to deliver high-quality projects.QualificationsExperience in Architecture and Architectural Design (minimum of 5 years PQE and ARB registered)Strong understanding of regulatory and environmental standardsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsProficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similarExperience in sustainable and adaptive design is a plus
