The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Michelin-starred restaurants, Forbes 5-star establishments, and fine dining environments, with a deep understanding of luxury service, culinary artistry, and bespoke guest experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all F&B operations, ensuring seamless service and exceptional quality across all outlets.Curate and maintain exclusive, seasonal menus in collaboration with Michelin-level chefs.Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team with a focus on discretion, elegance, and excellence.Develop and implement SOPs tailored to VIPVVIP clientele, ensuring privacy and personalization.Manage supplier relationships, ensuring the highest quality ingredients and beverages.Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.Collaborate with marketing and events teams to deliver high-profile private events and experiences.Candidate ProfileProgressive F&B leadership experience, and ideally experience within Michelin-starred, Forbes 5-star, or ultra-luxury fine dining environment.Deep expertise in fine dining operations, including la carte service, tasting menus, wine pairings, and guest personalization.Exceptional knowledge of fine wines, spirits, and global cuisines.Impeccable grooming, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage high-pressure environments with grace and discretion.Strong financial acumen and operational expertise.Multilingual skills are a plus.Right to work in the UK.What We OfferOpportunity to work in one of Londons most prestigious venues and the worlds elite in Luxury resorts Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Access to exclusive industry events and training.A culture of excellence, innovation, and respect.
