Skills and Qualifications:A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred. Several years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel / hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and manage teams, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control. Understanding of food and beverage trends, menu planning, and inventory management. Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively. Focus on providing excellent customer service and exceeding guest expectations.
