With a team of over 20,000 employees and operations across Europe, we produce approximately 24 million white goods annually.This role in summary Beko Europe is seeking a passionate and driven HR Business Partner to join its UK and Ireland business. The role has responsibility for defining and implementing our HR/People strategy to achieve business objectives in the local function and organisation. Reporting to the HR Director, UK and Ireland, this key role will contribute to the deployment of strategic Human Resources programs and practices within the region in order to drive greater organisational performance and effectiveness and improve the engagement and experience of our colleagues.Your responsibilities will includeConsults with business leaders on the organisational design and development of the function to support achievement of business objectives and budgetUses people analytics and insights to identify trends and opportunities 'supports the assessment of the organisation with a view to achieving better effectiveness and efficiency and meet business priorities and the HR strategic agendaLeads delivery of key HR/Talent Strategic processes within the function/region, including Talent Management and Succession, Engagement, Reward and Recognition.Advocates and sponsors initiatives which support the wellbeing of employees, promoting an inclusive and flexible work environmentCommunicates effectively on HR related topics and matters including processes, employee relations, organisational changes etcContributes to the recruitment, development and retention of a high performing and talented workforce within the region/functionIn partnership with the local center of expertise, identifies and implements learning and development needs, including related to Beko Europe values and leadership DNAResponsible for leadership development and coaching with the functionManages local compensation and benefits programs included pay adjustments, incentives and bonus programsLeads union relationships for associated bargaining units within the region/function, including negotiation on pay and terms and conditions of employmentActs as key adviser to the business on people management best practicesActs as a change management facilitator within the region/functionSupports major organisational transformation initiatives such as cultural change and integration efforts.Minimum requirementsHR experience in a business partnering role and/or a HR specific qualification, including ideally experience supporting a scale operational workforceExcellent proven interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels and from various backgroundsA curious and questioning mind with the ability to appropriately question and challengePassionate and driven, with a focus on outcomes and executionGood understanding of relevant HR/Talent processes i.e. succession planning, engagement, talent management etc.Ability to understand and execute at paceNatural coaching style with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisationSkilled at building strategic stakeholder relationships and the ability to build and leverage a strong organisational network.What we offerAt Beko Europe, we believe in rewarding talent and dedication.
