We’re looking for an experiencedMaintenance Supervisorto join our team at 100 Queens Gate, Curio Collection by Hilton, in our luxury hotel located in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The Role You will play a key role in maintaining hotel facilities in optimal condition by performing preventive maintenance and repairs on hotel plant and machinery, including heating, power, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. You will also handle maintenance requests such as plumbing, electrical, joinery, painting, tiling, and other maintenance tasks. Collaboration with Front Office and Housekeeping teams is essential to ensure the hotel remains in excellent repair, alongside supporting the maintenance manager during shifts. We seek a Maintenance Supervisor with previous experience in a similar role, who is a strong team player and leader, with keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality. A positive attitude, flexibility in responding to guest requests, and proficiency in English are also required. The Person Experience in a 5-star hotel environment is highly desirable. Previous experience in a high-end culinary setting is preferred. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Commitment to delivering exceptional service. Impeccable presentation and grooming standards. Calm, efficient, organized, with great attention to detail. Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
