This is a very exciting time to be joining a growing Federation. We are working in partnership with The Bridge School, which is the PRU within Bridgwater. You will be providing IT support for Staff and Students across 6 sites in Bridgwater and Street. This could range from delivery hardware to classes. On a day-to-day basis, you will be assisting on our helpdesk with IT requests for staff. Also helping with maintenance and upgrades. The apprenticeship is a flexible, blended learning programme designed to upskill IT professionals in designing, installing, maintaining, and supporting communication networks. The programme combines advanced training, expert mentorship, and the latest tools to prepare learners for success in a high-demand field. Our apprentices love being able to help each other! As one of our apprentices you will also have access to our online portal that will provide you with information and technical guidance, as well as links to the helpdesk to speak to technicians who can give real-time advice and support.
