As part of this journey, they are seeking a commercially minded FP&A Analyst to play a key role in elevating their financial planning and analysis function. London (Latimer Road) | Circa 70k | Hybrid (23 Days in Office) What Youll Be Doing: Build and maintain a reporting suite that provides clear insights into business performance, risks, and opportunities. Ensure data consistency across departments and help develop a unified reporting structure. Work with internal systems teams to automate recurring reports and streamline financial processes. Create analytical models to assess volume, pricing, and margin variancesdriving better commercial understanding. Align local reporting cycles with wider group requirements and planning deadlines. Lead the preparation of consolidated quarterly reporting packages and in-depth financial analysis. This Role Is Ideal for Someone Who: Thrives in a fast-moving, change-driven environment. Can work cross-functionally with finance, operations, IT, and senior leadership to influence key business decisions. What Were Looking For: Essential: CIMA / ACCA / ACA qualified. Proven experience as a financial or FP&A analyst. Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capabilities. Comfortable working with large data sets and creating clear, impactful reporting. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Desirable: Experience with SAP and/or Power BI. Background in multi-site, product, or logistics-led businesses. Familiarity with financial forecasting and trend analysis. Exposure to investment analysis or wider business improvement initiatives.
