You’ll provide the talent, ambition, and drive.As aPartnership and Governance Manager you will be responsible for the oversight of network strategic and insurance partner compliance, service performance, and examine quality, effectiveness and value of the relationships. This role will coordinate across the network team and with various internal functions (across all UHCG Markets) to ensure enterprise-wide needs for due diligence, compliance audits, risk assessment and continued partnership evaluation, analyze trends and develop recommendations and action plans to address opportunities with all network partners. This role will also have a portfolio of partners to manage directly. Inaddition to having impact on a great team, you'll also discover the career opportunities you'd expect from an industry leader.This is a full-time position with standard working hours of Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, with flexibility due to working with a global team.Primary Responsibilities of the Partnership and Governance Manager:Lead and be responsible for the onboarding of network partners and vendors and ongoing management of assigned partnersAnalyze all network and/or provider performance in line with key indicators, controls and measuresPartner with cross-functional teams (including but not limited to: product, quality, sales, client management, underwriting, claims operations, account implementation, finance, IT, marketing, communication) to project manage, ask critical questions, and provide decision-making framework to complete vendor onboarding in agreed upon timeframePerform as a functional bridge amongst external vendors as well as internal stakeholderEnsure that network partners and/or providers due diligence is maintained, service measures, controls, reporting output and governance structures are in place and evolve in line with changing business, client and regulatory requirementsReview and/or analyze member/customer population information and data relating to consumption of servicesEnsure relevant partner profile information is loaded and available in a consistent formatDevelop performance reports to indicate partner and commercial outcomes against business and network objectivesEnsure appropriate controls are in place across functions to clearly identify performance and adherence to expectationsIdentify improvement opportunities based on data insights for internal UHCG functions as well as the external network partnerProvide recommendations to senior leadership for improvement initiatives of network partners and internal functions which support network partnersCollaborate with partner relationship managers and partner support executive to identify additional areas of opportunity to improve partner performanceYou will be rewarded and recognised for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role, as well as providing development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications:Bachelors degree or higherProven professional experience in International Private Medical InsuranceExperience in client-facing or external roleProject management experienceSales orientation, meaning possesses natural reflexes to promote, persuade, and negotiateFlexibility in schedule to accommodate international time zones and team locationsUnderstanding of insurance products, plans, processes and programsUnderstanding of enterprise quality and compliance guidelinesPreferred Qualifications:Experience with regional insurance network partnersMulti-lingualSoft Skills:Interpersonal skills, establishing rapport and working well with others in matrix organization; stakeholder managementExcellent presentation (material preparation and communication) skillsPlease note you must currently be eligible to work and remain indefinitely without any restrictions in the country to which you are making an application.
