With an expanding property portfolio and growing maintenance demands, the business has created a brand-new opportunity for a Maintenance Project Coordinator to support their Maintenance Manager.The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.The RoleThis pivotal role will involve managing both planned and reactive maintenance works across a varied portfolio from full electrical rewires and roof replacements to boiler installations.
