Recruitment CoordinatorLocation: RemoteHours: Part-time (5–10 hours per week, Monday–Thursday)Duration: 4 months temp with potential to become fixed contract/permanent or rolling, with strong potential for contract extension or a permanent role contingent on business growth and new business generationPay: £12.21 per hourJob SummaryHire STEM Women is seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator passionate about customer service, diversity, and making an impact. In this role, you will work closely with our senior leadership and wider teams, making sure the Hire STEM Women brand is promoted effectively to a wide range of stakeholders. We are looking for someone reliable, proactive, hardworking, and passionate about nurturing diversity within the STEM sector.About Hire STEM WomenWe are a student and experienced hire recruitment platform dedicated to helping people secure roles within science, technology, engineering, and math fields. We focus on providing students with the tools and support needed to launch their careers within STEM. New team members will benefit from three weeks of training led by an experienced recruitment lead to help you understand our methods and best practices.Duties and responsibilitiesSupport high-profile diversity projectsSchedule and manage the events calendarServe as first point of contact for student and partner inquiriesCreate digital materials and deliver presentationsAct as a brand ambassador for Hire STEM WomenManage the Campus Ambassador programme and build university relationshipsDevelop and manage internship and graduate programmesGrow candidate and employer partnershipsParticipate in coaching and training activities (training will be provided)Use online recruitment tools to support company growthEngage with European suppliers and partnersSupport early, mid, and senior-level careers recruitment and business developmentAssist with ad hoc administration and other key projectsEssential skills and experienceExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong work ethic and a strong telephone mannerStrong organisational and time management abilitiesAbility to work under tight deadlines and adapt quicklySelf-discipline, proactivity, and attention to detailClient-focused approachUnderstanding of recruitment and diversity within STEM (3–6 months experience ideal)Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Drive equivalentsOther information·      Part-time, 5–10 hours per week, Monday–Thursday (with the potential for increased hours based on workload and business needs)Flexible working pattern available, remote rolePossible travel required for campus and employer events across the UK and EuropeBenefitsFlexible working hoursExtensive training and career progressionBonus and commission schemes based on performanceLeadership development and skills trainingIf you are passionate about diversity within the STEM sector and looking for a rewarding, challenging role that allows you to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you!
