Our client, a leading Law firm based in central London, is seeking an experienced Office Services Team Lead to join their dynamic office support team. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, this is a varied and fast-paced role within an organisation renowned for its strong client relationships and collaborative working culture.You will be responsible for managing a team of seven, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of office services. As such, we are looking for candidates with recent experience leading an office services or reception team within a professional services environment.This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and hands-on leader to join a supportive team in a firm that truly values its people.The role will include:Facilitating 1:1 meetings and appraisalsDaily floor walks to ensure maintenance and housekeeping issues are reported and in processActing as first point of call for complaintsEnsuring sickness and absences are coveredAssisting the Facilities Manager as and when required with offices moves, projects and general ad hoc dutiesEnsuring the office remains tidy and organisedMonitoring stationery, printers and photocopiers to ensure stock levels are sufficientThe ideal candidate:Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills (respectful, positive, articulate, professional and sympathetic) Delivers helpful internal services with a “can do” approach, shows commercial awareness and represents the department/firm appropriatelyCustomer driven and able to set and work to the highest of standardsAble to manage own workload and meet deadlinesA clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skillsSomeone who enjoys building relationships across the businessSalary will be dependent upon experience
