Test Manager - Hybrid (3 days a week London) - £550 to £575 per day outside IR35 La Fosse are currently seeking an experienced Test Manager to support a large-scale transformation programme within the retail/hospitality space. You’ll be shaping and driving the testing strategy in a fast-paced, vendor-heavy environment — ideal for someone who’s confident in leading from the front, guiding others, and holding third parties accountable.Key responsibilities: Experience managing testing within large change or transformation programmesStrong background in retail, hospitality, or food & beverage systemsAbility to drive testing where most of the hands-on is vendor-ledComfortable advising and bringing in internal resources for UAT and test supportStrong coordination and communication skills across technical and business stakeholdersAny test automation experience is a huge bonus (even strategic/oversight level)Proven track record of managing third-party vendorsIf this sounds like a contract of interest please reach out to me directly - mohima.ali@
