Our client, a global market-leading professional services firm, is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join their growing Marketing & Communications team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping and executing integrated marketing and communications strategies across service lines—driving brand visibility, commercial impact, and client engagement on a global scale.Role:Work as a key member of the group Marketing team, collaborating closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders across the business and its different service lines to deliver strategic marketing and communications initiatives.Own and manage the full lifecycle of marketing and communications campaigns — from ideation and planning through to execution, optimisation, and performance reporting — ensuring they align with business development objectives.Develop and implement commercially driven marketing strategies informed by market research, customer insights, and competitor analysis to support brand positioning and business growth.Create and oversee integrated, multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, events, PR) aimed at driving brand awareness, lead generation, client engagement, and conversion.Build and nurture strong relationships with media contacts to secure strategic coverage, enhance brand visibility, and position company leaders as industry thought leaders through speaking opportunities and PR placements.Support lead generation initiatives by creating and managing content, events, and digital marketing funnels, using CRM and automation tools to track and optimise performance.Plan and deliver high-impact events aligned with commercial goals, including pre- and post-event strategies, engagement tracking, and ROI analysis to shape future event planning.Ensure consistent application of the company’s brand identity and messaging across all platforms and communications.
