This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced MI/reporting analyst, claims operations or finance professional to contribute to high-impact activities at the core of the claims and financial operations.Reporting to the Claims Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in managing the quarterly close process, delivering accurate exposure analysis and reporting for major catastrophe and large risk losses, and supporting continuous improvement across tools and processes.Some key areas of responsibility include: Input into the quarterly close processMajor catastrophe & risk event coordinationProcess improvement & automation:Contribute to the production of claims analytics insights and trendsAct as deputy for the team lead. Ideally we are seeking:Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; strong PowerPoint and Word capabilitiesExpertise with reporting and database tools (e.g., Business Objects, Tableau, QlikView, SQL)Experience building dashboards and KPIs in a (re)insurance environmentFamiliarity with systems projects and control processesStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships globallySelf-starter with initiative and the confidence to work independentlyWillingness to travel
