These products aren’t flashy, but they work and people love them.Now we’re looking for someone who can elevate our data into a growth engine.WHO WE’RE LOOKING FORWe want a Senior Data Manager who doesn't just report numbers but turns data into real business value. You're not here to build dashboards just because someone asked you to. You're here to uncover what matters, why it matters, and what to do about it.You know what CAC and LTV mean in practice not just on paper, and you've seen how the right insight can shift the entire strategy with LTV modelling linking back to marketing spend. You can build clean, useful reports and dashboards using Power BI, SQL, or similar tools, but more importantly, you know how to present findings so that non-technical team members understand and act on them.We care that you’re hungry, sharp, and can get scrappy when needed. We’re a scale up, not a corporate jungle. Speed matters. So does good judgment.WHAT YOU’LL DOBuild clarity through reportingCreate and manage dashboards that deliver insight to stakeholders at all levelsWe currently use funnel.io as a tool for data unification, however we’re open to new cost-effective tools that you’d want to scale into the business.Define and standardise key metrics for the business to operate on.Investigate business performance anomalies and proactively surface insights to support fast-paced decision making.Own the business intelligence functionYou will be the first data analyst or data head in the business’ history. So far all reporting in the business has been built by the exec team (CEO/CFO).Translate raw numbers into insights that impact offers, creative strategy, retention, pricing, and bundling.Build cohort models, customer segmentation, product performance breakdowns, and channel-level profitability snapshots, help with live contribution and profitability modelling or not – maybe you think there’s a better way to drive business. We want to hear your voice.Spot trends and flag issues early, before they become real problems.Support teams with insightsAnswer data requests clearly and quickly, but also push insights that others may not think to ask for. Challenge why people are asking for the data to ensure they are driving business in the right wayPartner with Growth, Product, Finance, and Ops teams to analyse key drivers of sales, CAC, LTV, AOV, churn, retention, etc, and support with analysing data from AB testsBuild and maintain SKU-level contribution margin and profitability models across geographies and channels.Support monthly revenue forecasting and commercial planning, using historical trends and predictive analytics.Track and share the impact of major campaigns or funnel changes, helping the team learn and iterate fasterThis role will report into the VP of Growth, however you will work closely with the CFO also to action any reporting and insights needed.WHAT WE NEEDExperience5+ years in ecommerce analyticsYour analytics experience MUST be for a D2C ecommerce brand, this is non-negotiable and should be visible on your resumé.Strong track record of turning data into business results, working in a website that has been through scale.
