Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Collaborating with clients to gather technical requirements and understand their business processesDesigning and developing integrations that automate data flow between ERP, Ecommerce, and Warehouse systemsCommunicating clearly and professionally with clients to provide updates, clarify needs, and ensure successful outcomesManaging and prioritising tasks across multiple client projectsSwitching between client contexts and adapting to each project's specific goals and systemsUsing API documentation and technical resources to understand how to best integrate with external platformsTroubleshooting issues and ensuring integration reliability, data accuracy, and securityWorking closely with the Cogent2 team to share knowledge, refine processes, and deliver consistent resultsDocumenting integration logic and maintaining clear internal records to support maintainability and future scalingWriting and maintaining internal documentation for integrationsWhy work with usWe believe in investing in our people and offering meaningful growth opportunities. Ideally, you will have:1–2 years of experience in a technical or integration-focused role, or a relevant degree in Computer Science or a related fieldA good working knowledge of JavaScript and PHP, with the ability to write clean, maintainable codeFamiliarity with REST APIs and an understanding of how to work with them effectively; experience with GraphQL is a bonusHands-on experience working with structured data formats such as JSON, XML, and CSVA clear understanding of HTTP protocols, including verbs, headers, and status codesA practical, can-do mindset and the willingness to learn new tools and platforms as neededA strong sense of ownership, with the ability to manage tasks independently and see them through to completionExcellent verbal and written communication skills, especially when working directly with clientsA good awareness of data security and privacy best practices, and the ability to apply them in real-world scenariosHow to applyTo apply for this role, please apply directly via LinkedinNo recruiters, please.
