They are now looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple fire-stopping contracts from pre-construction through to completion.This is a senior role for someone confident in managing teams, liaising with clients, and ensuring works meet stringent safety and accreditation standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple passive fire protection contracts across varying project scopes and sizesOversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality delivery and programme complianceEnsure full compliance with FIRAS, ASFP, or other third-party accreditation standardsAct as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractorsProduce and maintain accurate documentation including RAMS, site reports, and progress updatesEnsure all works meet Building Regulations (ADB), fire strategy drawings, and specification requirementsMonitor budgets, track costs, and report on commercial performanceProvide technical input and programme advice to tender and estimating teamsMaintain a strong safety culture and ensure H&S compliance across all sitesRequirements:Proven experience managing passive fire protection or fire-stopping contractsStrong knowledge of fire-stopping systems (e.g. batt & mastic, cavity barriers, intumescent coatings)Familiar with third-party accreditation schemes such as FIRAS, IFC, or BM TRADAExcellent leadership, communication, and organisational skillsExperience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors, or within a specialist fire protection contractor environmentThis is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing specialist contractor at a senior level.
