An exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding organisation with a vision to further establish its global leading position within the industry.Main Purpose of the Role: Reporting to the management and becoming a part of a busy warehouse team, the Warehouse Manager will work closely with colleagues, to carry out warehouse operational duties within a busy warehouse facility whilst overseeing and leading the warehouse operations team.On Offer:Working Hours: Monday Friday, 9am-6pmCompetitive salary - up to 45K, depending on experienceFull time, permanent contractPensionOvertime work will be compensated accordingly22 Days holiday / calendar yearDuties and Responsibilities of the Warehouse Manager:Process and manage all inbound and outbound freight for high-value & luxury shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with security protocols.Meet strict daily deadlines to ensure efficient logistics operations.Updating and maintaining logs as processed.Load and unload shipments from vehicles for both inbound, outbound, and domestic transfers, ensuring careful handling of valuable goods.Oversee all aspects of packing, uploading Proof of Delivery (PODs), triparts, and other relevant documentation.Ensure all quality control, safety and protection procedures are updated and adhered toProvide great customer service at all timesCollaborate with various operational departments to resolve any logistical challenges efficiently.Perform all other essential and assigned duties as required to support logistics operations.To Be Considered:Proven team leadership experience within a warehouse environment, ideally within a highly secured facilityValid full clean UK driving licenceNo criminal convictions or driving bans subject to full DBS checkExcellent customer service and communication skillsPrevious warehouse operations experience is essentialCandidates must be available to work Monday to Friday each weekOut of hours and / or weekend availability may be requiredExcellent time keeping skills.
