We're looking for a skilled Associate Legal Counsel to join a global leader in film and TV production services on a fixed-term contract, supporting their legal operations across the UK and Europe. This is your chance to be part of an agile, collaborative legal team that advises on everything from high-value equipment rental agreements to licensing deals for studio space used by some of the worlds biggest productions. What Youll Do:Draft and negotiate studio and equipment rental agreements with major film & TV clientsProvide pragmatic legal and business affairs advice to stakeholders on procurement, licensing, MSAs etcWork across commercial contracts, IP, real estate, employment, and corporate lawCollaborate with external counsel, lead due diligence, and manage strategic legal projectsContribute to internal legal training and mentor one junior team member What You Bring:You must be a qualified lawyer (indicatively c.36 years PQE, but this is flexible) with solid commercial contracts experienceStrong communication skills and business acumenComfortable working independently in a fast-paced, international environmentA passion for film and television or at least an appreciation for what happens behind the scenes!Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive mindset Why Join?
