Key Responsibilities:Prepare and manage Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS)Oversee Health & Safety compliance across the siteConduct Quality Assurance checks and compile site progress reportsCoordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery Requirements:SMSTS certification (essential)Valid CSCS card (Black card preferred)Proven experience managing EWI and cladding projectsStrong communication and site coordination skillsThis role offers an immediate start with a competitive day rate and the chance to lead a technically focused, fast-moving site.
