The Role:You will play a key role in delivering expert legal advice on all aspects of excellent quality corporate law to include: Approx 70% transactional work. 30% commercial Mergers & Acquisitions Share restructuresEmployee ownership trusts SPV / Joint ventures Succession planning Family Farming Partnerships The department advise clients across a range of sectors however because of their geography have many agricultural clients. You will be encouraged to build relationships with your own client base as well as advise the established & loyal clients already on board What experience do you need: 3 PQE in corporate commercial lawStrong background and willingness to learn - Note this team have taken lawyers from other areas of law who are keen to pivot specialisms.
