Construction AdministratorPlease read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying.A regional house builder have a requirement for a Construction Administrator to join their team, based out of their Liverpool office.They are a growing business, providing new build housing in the UK, working closely with local councils, housing associations and registered landlords, delivering affordable mixed tenure and high-quality private developments, across the North West.Administration Role You will be working in a busy office environment providing administrative support to the construction and commercial team, duties will include;Collate information from sites on a weekly basis and update the build reportReceive, scan and issue gas and electric certificatesAssist with construction phase plan Produce all relevant documentation (letters, reports etc.) accurately and in a timely mannerEnsure all drawings received are distributed quickly and efficiently to the relevantOrder and supply all necessary equipment for site set up including PPE, H&S files and noticesAttend department meetings and producing minutes to be distributed internally and externallyCreate handover packs when required Ensure that all training is booked and attended, liaising with the Head of Construction to ensure training is booked in a timely manner and all mandatory training is completedSupport the Quantity Surveyors issuing subcontractor tender enquiriesCollate RAMS/Insurance/H&S approvalsSupport with the input of build cost data to create library of costsCoding up and inputting invoices onto the system to generate payment certificatesManage and maintain relevant filing systems and databasesPreparation of subcontractor payments and logging, prior to submission to accountsOrder & issue stationary (Site/Office)Manage the use of the Board Room (Drinks/setup/diary)The ideal candidate will have:Ability to fully operate Microsoft Word/Excel and PowerPointExperience using COINS would be highly advantageous. Excellent organisational skillsA professional attitude and approach to work, be confident, self-motivated and be flexible and adaptable within the team. This will be a Monday to Friday role, based out of their office in Liverpool, office hours 8.30am 5pm.
