We're working with a growing insurance group looking to appoint a Director to lead operations across Northern Ireland. This role is ideal for an experienced leader in general insurance who combines strong people management with commercial acumen.You'll take ownership of the branch's performance, guiding the team, overseeing day-to-day operations, and driving revenue growth through retention, cross-sales, and new client wins.
