The ideal candidate will possess a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage files and communications in a busy property team.Essential requirements include:Assisting fee earners in property transactions involving agricultural and commercial assets, including renewablesDrafting and reviewing key legal documentation: contracts, transfers, lease agreementsPreparing and submitting Land Registry applications and handling post-completion formalitiesCarrying out a range of property searches and providing accurate analysis to support client and internal decision-makingManaging client correspondence, ensuring professional and timely communicationOrganising and maintaining client files in line with regulatory and firm compliance standardsProviding administrative support across the property team when requiredPreferred qualifications and skills:A Law Degree or CILEX qualificationExperience within a property law environment, ideally commercial or agriculturalProficient with case management software and MS OfficeExcellent organisational, written, and verbal communication skillsA proactive and client-focused approachLand Registry knowledge and understanding of post-completion tasksRole & ResponsibilitiesAs a Property Paralegal, you will be an integral member of our property department, supporting senior fee earners while developing your own caseload.
