With a strong reputation for quality and creativity, they operate bars at a wide range of venues and events throughout the year and ware looking for an experienced, dynamic Multi-Site Bars Manager to take charge and drive excellence across all there bar operations.The Role: As our Multi-Site Bars Manager, you'll oversee the planning, setup, staffing, compliance, and delivery of high-volume bar services at multiple event locations. You'll be the strategic lead on all bar-related operations, ensuring consistency in service, profitability, and compliance, while leading and inspiring on-site teams to deliver top-tier customer experiences.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee bar operations across multiple event sites Recruit, train, and lead bar teams and events managers ensuring exceptional service standardsThis is a hands on role so you will look after stock take, mange wastwage and bar cleaning each week making sure standards are kept high. Maintain compliance with licensing, health & safety, and alcohol regulationsMonitor supplier deliveries, and ordering each week Oversee events as an events manager.
