This is a high-impact role supporting revenue delivery, supply assurance, and performance targets across multiple product lines.What youll be doing:Leading a global team focused on managing customer order schedules across multiple regions and time zones (UK, Canada, India, Mexico, Thailand).Solving for supply commit shortages and securing ship dates to keep project deployments on track.Driving collaboration across supply planning, fulfilment, and customer teams.Supporting executive reporting and driving improvements in processes, automation, and digital transformation.Owning key service KPIs and contributing directly to revenue realisation.What you need to succeed:Strong people leadership experience, this is a hands-on team lead role.Solid background (ideally 8+ years) in Supply Chain, Planning, Scheduling, or Fulfilment.Experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse would be ideal as it's a key platform for this role.Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.Ability to operate across regions and time zones, and confidently represent the function in cross-functional meetings.Comp package:Competitive BonusCar allowanceImpressive benefit packageIf you're someone who thrives at the intersection of operations, planning, and customer delivery lets talk.
