This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing site operations, customer relationship management and driving business-wide improvements, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop the operational strategy to support business growth and performance targetsLead on customer relationsTendering & ContractsEnsure robust compliance with COMAH regulations, HSE standards, and all relevant statutory requirementsWork closely with the senior leadership team to align operations with broader business goals and customer expectationsRequirements:Proven track record in a senior leadership roleExperience as a Commercial ManagerExperience working in a COMAH-regulated environmentStrong background in manufacturingExperience working for a chemical manufacturerExceptional leadership and communication skillsDegree-qualified in Engineering, Operations, or a related field preferred
