In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and securing property investments across South Yorkshire, with minimum 2 days based in the office and 3 days out in the field each week.The Package:Up to 27,000 basic salary per annum + bonus + up to 45,000 inclusive of OTE in your first year, however, this is uncappedMonday to Friday, 09:00-17:0025 days annual leave + bank holidaysOn-site parkingPaid mileageLaptop and mobile providedFull sales training and consistent coachingCompany social eventsThe Property Sourcing Consultant role:View properties and assess viability for client investmentNegotiate and secure deals from a variety of different sourcesReport on financial breakdowns, expected returns, provide photos of the property and anything else the client might need to assess the opportunityAssist on the progression of these deals until the point of completionBuild excellent relationships with the internal team and clientsGenerate business and consistently meet or exceed targetsThe Person:Able to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced environmentMust hold full UK driving licence and own car (essential)Experience of working in the property industry (essential)
