This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, detail-driven, and client-focused setting, managing complex syndicated loan transactions from end to end. Youll be acting as a key intermediary between borrowers and lenders, facilitating seamless deal execution and maintaining close communication with stakeholders across structured finance, corporate, and institutional sectors. Key Responsibilities: Deal Closing Review facility documentation to ensure operational compliance. Coordinate with business teams and legal counsel to finalise terms. Manage condition precedents and ensure accurate system setup (Loan IQ). Take charge of the end-to-end deal closing process, including funding flows. Transaction Management Act as the main point of contact for amendments, waivers, and ongoing queries. Lead external stakeholder communications and internal coordination. Organise syndicate calls and facilitate smooth transaction updates. Oversight & Operational Management Oversee daily operational activities (drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, etc). Support and guide offshore processing teams to maintain service standards. Investigate nostro breaks and resolve issues with precision and speed. What Were Looking For: Essential Experience: Experience in a Loans Agency role. Comfortable interpreting and working with credit agreements. Strong working knowledge of Loan IQ. Skills & Attributes: Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong attention to detail and investigative mindset. Client-centric approach with confidence handling multiple stakeholders. Proactive, organised, and solution-oriented. Team player with the ability to work independently.
