Location: Thatcham Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (6:30AM - 2:30PM OR 11:30AM - 7:30PM) Shift pattern of 5 days over 7 between Monday - Sunday Salary: 29,045 Benefits: Up to 9% employer pension contribution, free meals, employee assistance programme, 25 days holiday As the Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for: Ensuring all food is prepared, produced, presented, and served at the correct service times to a high standard and correct quantities Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the running of daily operations Maintaining a consistent high standard of fresh food Assisting in the day to day running of the kitchen Ensuring food is prepared to the correct recipe standard Ensuring health and safety, hygiene and food safety regulations are followed in the kitchen The successful Chef de Partie will have the following related skills / experience: A passion for food and a creative flair Previous experience in a similar role / catering for large numbers Excellent communication skills High attention to detail.
