Commercial Manager The Role: Tender to construction review to establish entitlements on receipt of CI information Monthly Applications in line with contractual dates Monthly payment certificates: receive, review, challenge, agree & communicate to Accounts Final accounts within time constraints of the Contract Monthly CVRs Assess and communicate impact of variations within time constraints of the Contract Contractual Notices within time constraints of the Contract Final accounts within time constraints of the Contract Manage Subcontractors accounts by issuing payment certificates and payless notices within required time constraints Place Sub-contract Purchase Orders to de-risk the business Commercial Manager Requirements: Your background and experience will most likely have been with a main contractor or large sub-contractor.
