Electrical Maintenance Engineer FM Service Provider Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for Electrical Maintenance Engineers to join an established building services company based in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire. The role is situated within a commercial office environment, where you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance as part of an experienced maintenance team. Hours of work: Hours: 07:30am 16:30pm Monday - Friday Rate: 25 per hour Immediate start required Key Responsibilities Small electrical installations, fault-finding, and lighting maintenance Emergency lighting testing Control panel maintenance Replacing ballasts Monitoring the BMS (Building Management System) for heating and cooling systems General M&E and fabric maintenance Logbook updates and compliance reporting Basic plumbing tasks (e.g. unblocking toilets) Maintenance of pumps, motors, and other building systems Requirements City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 in Electrical Installations 18th Edition qualification Ability to provide copies of relevant trade certificates Proven experience in commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled with a proactive, hands-on approach Strong communication skills and client-facing experience To apply, please send an up-to-date copy of your CV to Katie at CBW Staffing Solutions for more information.
