Key Responsibilities Manage a varied caseload of commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, development projects, and secured lending. Provide high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base ranging from SMEs to national organisations and investors. Support the wider team with complex matters and contribute to business development initiatives. Maintain excellent standards of client care and service delivery. Candidate Profile Qualified Solicitor (3+ years PQE preferred) or experienced Commercial Property Fee Earner. Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law. Commercial awareness with a proactive and collaborative approach. Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
