HSEQ Advisor -Ideally based within 1 hour of CV23 -Groundworks & Fencing | Family-Run Business -40,000 - 50,000 (negotiable for the right person) -Nationwide travel required We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established family business operating in the Groundworks and Fencing sectors, and were looking for an experienced HSEQ Advisor to join their growing team. This is a hands-on role covering multiple live projects across the UK, supporting a small and close-knit project team with big ambitions. If youve got a solid construction background (ideally in Groundworks) and love the idea of being involved across all areas of HSEQ, wed love to hear from you. What you'll be doing: Managing Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality across approx. 18 live projects Creating, reviewing and maintaining: Health & Safety Policies Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Lift Plans & Safe Systems of Work Toolbox Talks and Incident Reports Conducting site visits and audits nationwide, identifying improvements and issuing updated procedures Handling accreditation and compliance submissions Generating client-facing reports and ensuring follow-ups are completed Tracking all documents via SharePoint/XLS, ensuring everything is numbered and up to date Reviewing training needs and subcontractor compliance Communicating HSEQ standards internally and externally Recording and briefing positive and negative site observations What youll need: Proven experience in a similar HSEQ or SHEQ role Background in Construction ideally Groundworks or Civils Strong knowledge of H&S legislation and compliance A flexible and proactive attitude youll be visiting sites across the UK Excellent organisational and communication skills Why join?
