Site Manager Are you an experienced quality driven Site Manager looking to join an award winning development? About the role of Site Manager As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring build programmes, safety standards and exceptional quality expectations are met and exceeded. Working closely with your site team, subcontractors and technical teams, you play a key part in delivering a standout development! Responsibilities for Site Manager Oversee all on-site activities for allocated phases Manage H&S compliance in line with the company Monitor and drive progress against programme deadlines Manage site logistics, deliveries and trades coordination Ensure build quality and NHBC compliance Lead and motivate a team of assistant site managers and subcontractors Requirements for Site Manager Proven experience as a Site Manager with a volume housebuilder Experience managing timberframe build projects SMSTS, CSCS and 1st aid Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills A proven track record of delivering high quality homes on time NHBC award winning, quality driven mindset!
