We are looking for a Waiter / Waitress to join our Food and Beverage department at Grosvenor House Suites! As a Waiter or Waitress you will deliver a courteous and friendly service to the guests in line with the standard operating procedures of the Atrium/In Room Dining. Your main duties include (but are not limited to): Be fully trained with all menus items, presentation, accompaniments Work in both the Atrium and In Room Dining Respond promptly to the service needs of the guest Adapt communication to suit the need of the guest All guest are greeted and offered assistance in a polite and friendly manner Ensure all still room area is clean, bread and butter preparation according to reservation About us Grosvenor House Suites offers a luxurious and sophisticated lifestyle at Londons most exclusive address.
