Courses delivered include:WJEC GCSE Technical AwardGateway Vocational Award/CertificateYou will play a vital role in helping students either transition back into mainstream education or complete their KS4 qualifications.In addition to your teaching responsibilities, you will act as a key tutor, building strong relationships with students and their families to support:Positive engagement and behaviourHigh levels of attendanceSocial and emotional developmentWhat We're Looking For:A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS preferred) with a background in Food Technology or a related subjectExperience working with students with SEMH needs or in an alternative provision setting (desirable)A proactive and nurturing approach to teaching and behaviour managementPassion for making a positive impact in the lives of vulnerable learnersIf you are enthusiastic about supporting students in a smaller, more personalised setting, please get in touch.SWTEACH
