We are looking for full time experienced individuals that can showcase resilience and will be able to manage challenging behaviour in a caring and considered manner and who want to make a positive impact and be part of the brilliant staff team.The roleWe are seeking dynamic and eager individuals to help support and nurture the children cared for. You will need to be considerate, adaptable and resilient where no two days will be the same.At the heart of what you do is the ethos that children and young people feel safe, protected, and loved.Monitor and maintain the safety of the home overnight, supported with a sleep-in member of staff, proactively support the children overnight when required, maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the home.
