Marketing Manager– UK Grocery Retail Startup Location:Central London (Soho) Position Type:Full-Time. We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Marketing Managerto join our fast-scaling team based in Central London. This role is ideal for someone within-house or agency marketing experiencewho brings bothcreativity and executional muscleacross multiple channels. Key Responsibilities ·Take ownership of daily marketing execution across stores, online and offline channels ·Manage and plan the content calendar across all organic social channels (inc. TikTok and Instagram) ·Oversee paid acquisition campaigns (Meta, Google, affiliates), blending creative direction with performance insight ·Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, suppliers ·Appoint and manage agencies and freelancers ·Drive CRM and email marketing efforts, with a focus on audience segmentation and compelling storytelling ·Help plan and execute in-person events, brand activations, and community pop-ups ·Contribute to brand development by turning strategy into clear, engaging campaign assets ·Lead and scale small marketing projects with confidence and a hands-on approach · At least 5 years of in-house marketing experience , in a startup or challenger brand scale up, in the FMCG, food, or lifestyle space ·Has experience managing agencies, freelancers, and creative contributors ·Is anatural communicatorand can confidently manage external relationships (affiliates, influencers, press, suppliers) ·Is comfortable withboth creative direction and channel performance ·Has a “do what it takes” mentality and thrives in an agile, fast-moving team ·Brings aneye for trends , a sense of brand, and creative ideas that feel fresh and grounded We're a fast-moving startup — so flexibility, ownership, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed are key.
