1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants We’re a growing, forward-thinking company specialising in the design, fabrication, and installation of signage across the UK railway sector. With continued expansion in sight, we’re looking for a Logistics & Installation Manager to join our team and take ownership of the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of our on-site installations. This is a hands-on, varied role, ideal for someone who’s equally confident overseeing complex schedules and rolling up their sleeves when needed on site. You'll play a vital part in supporting our Project Managers, installation crews, and workshop operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly from our Crawley facility to the final fix on site. Key Responsibilities • Own and manage the installation schedule across all projects • Plan and book installation crews, ensuring coverage for upcoming work • Assist Project Managers in delivering signage projects to time, budget, and spec • Act as second or third operative on site installations when required • Carry out selected installations where needed • Oversee installations on-site, ensuring crews are working safely and in line with RAMS • Ensure all site activities comply with industry standards and railway-specific safety requirements • Organise uplifts and deliveries via third-party logistics providers • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure all materials and signage reach site on time • Coordinate movements of plant and access equipment ️ Plant and Equipment • Manage and book hire equipment, including off-hires and returns • Maintain and oversee our own tools, vehicles, and TS Ltd plant and equipment • Oversee daily operations at the Crawley workshop, ensuring it’s organised and fit for purpose • Prepare signage and materials for dispatch, completing kit marshalls (KM) where needed • Organise and prepare fixings and accessories for installation teams Compliance & RISQS • Assist the wider team in maintaining RISQS Audited Status • Ensure processes, documentation, and operational practices support continued compliance What We’re Looking For • Proven experience in installation coordination, logistics, or site management—ideally within signage, construction, or rail sectors • Knowledge of rail industry safety standards – PTS certification is desirable • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail • Hands-on approach, able to lead by example on-site when required • Confident managing schedules, equipment and people • Full UK driving licence • Comfortable using software for scheduling, stock management and reporting (MS Office, etc.) Why Work With Us? • Join an ambitious and expanding business making a name in the rail industry • Work on high-profile transport infrastructure projects • Be part of a tight-knit, collaborative team that values practical experience • Enjoy real progression opportunities as we scale up Ready to build your future with us?
