Purpose:Making sure you fit the guidelines as an applicant for this role is essential, please read the below carefully.Accountable to the Quality Manager and quality department, the successful candidates primary role is to inspect components that have been recently introduced or have recently undergone a process change. This is to ensure they meet the required Nifco and customer specification.Main Duties:Inspect production components following the PQF (Production Quality Folder) to ensure the parts are in accordance with Nifco and customer requirements to inspection instruction and any care points.Liaise between production staff and Quality Engineers if concerns ariseReporting non conforming parts to the relevant departmentsTo carry out any other relevant duties as required by the business and or supervisorSKILLS & EXPERIENCE:EssentialGood communication skillsConscientiousAttention to detailDesirableAutomotive industry experienceManufacturing experienceGood interpersonal skillsNifco UK product knowledgeFlexibility due to shift work and overtime (some weekend work may be required)Working Hours2 shift pattern.Monday Thursday 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pmFriday 6am-1pm / 1pm-8pmTPBN1_UKTJ
